            CRIMINAL PETITION No.2866 OF 2021

O R D E R:

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the charge

sheet No.36 of 2020 against petitioner/accused No.3 before the

learned Judicial First Class Magistrate at Utnoor, Adilabad

District.

2. No representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard

Mr.E.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for

respondent No.1-State.

3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, by filing the copy of

e-Courts proceedings submits that C.C.No.485 of 2020 on the file

of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Utnoor ended up in acquittal

vide judgment dated 10.03.2025 and hence, no further orders are

required in this Criminal Petition. Therefore, he seeks to dismiss

this Criminal Petition as infructuous.

4. Recording the submissions of learned Assistant Public

Prosecutor and upon taking the copy of e-Courts proceedings

onto the file, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
