CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1783 of 2025
ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.R.Mahaveer,
learned counsel representing Mr.Keshav Bhoopal, learned counsel
for the petitioner fairly submitted that the revision petitioner/decree
holder filed review petition before the Court below, seeking review
of the order passed in E.A.No.15 of 2024, dated 04.02.2025, and
seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition,
with a liberty to pursue the review petition before the Court below
by raising all the grounds raised in the present petition as well as
by relying upon the judgments, which are available under law.
2. Permission is accorded.
3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as
withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue the review
petition before the Court below by raising all the grounds raised in
the present petition as well as by relying upon the judgments, which
are available under law.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand
closed.
