JUDGMENT (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Sujoy Paul):

Sri Abdul Azam Khan, learned counsel for the appellant

and Sri Muralidhar Reddy Katram, learned Government Pleader

for Revenue, for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

2. With the consent, finally heard.

3. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the

parties reached to a consensus. It is agreed that with effect from

14.04.2025 a new Act namely, The Telangana Bhu Bharati

(Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2024, came into being. It is

agreed that if the appellant prefers a fresh application for

present grievance under the said new Act, the competent

authority may be directed to consider and decide such

application in accordance with law without getting influenced by

previous order which became subject matter of adjudication

before the writ Court.

4. In view of consensus arrived at, this Writ Appeal is

disposed of by reserving liberty to the appellant to prefer

appropriate application for his grievance under the aforesaid new

Act. If such application is preferred by the appellant before the

competent authority, the competent authority shall consider and

decide it in accordance with law without getting influenced by

the impugned order which was subject matter of challenge before

the writ Court. It is made clear that this Court has not

expressed any opinion on merits of the case. No costs.

Interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall also

stand closed.
