JUDGMENT:

This Appeal is preferred by the appellant/respondent

challenging the order dated 16.11.2016 passed by the

Motor Vehicles Claims Tribunal-cum-I Additional District

Judge, Mahabubnagar, in MVOP No.384 of 2015.

2. The matter was referred to the Lok-Adalat,

whereupon an Award dated 08.03.2025 was passed. A copy

of the Award is placed on record.

3. In that view of the matter, this Appeal is disposed of

in terms of the Award dated 08.03.2025 passed in the Lok-

Adalat. No costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if

any, shall stand closed.
