JUDGMENT:

This Appeal is preferred by the M/s.ICICI Lombard

General Insurance Company Limited challenging the order

dated 18.01.2017 passed by the Motor Accident Civil

Miscellaneous Appeal-cum-XXVII Additional Chief Judge,

City Civil Court, Secunderabad, in MVOP No.415 of 2015.

2. The matter was referred to the Lok-Adalat,

whereupon an Award dated 08.03.2025 was passed. A copy

of the Award is placed on record.

3. In that view of the matter, this Appeal is disposed of

in terms of the Award dated 08.03.2025 passed in the Lok-

Adalat. No costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if

any, shall stand closed.
