appears for the appellants.

respondent No.1.

Pleader for Revenue, appears for respondent Nos.2 to 4.
2. The writ appeal is directed against the order passed
in W.P.No.26543 of 2024, which was disposed of on
25.09.2024.
3. The learned writ court disposed of the writ petition
with a direction to the official respondents to examine the
application submitted by respondent No.1, who is the writ
petitioner, dated 04.07.2023, strictly in accordance with
the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and
Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020 (Act No.9 of 2020), within a
stipulated period and pass a reasoned order and also
communicate the decision to respondent No.1.
4. Without getting into the merits of the contention of
the appellants, at this stage, we deem it proper to dispose
of this writ appeal with the liberty to the appellants to file
an objection, if so advised, to the application bearing
No.RC2300006714, dated 04.07.2023, filed by respondent
No.1 before the concerned official respondent, which may
be considered in accordance with law along with the
application of respondent No.1.
5. The writ appeal is accordingly disposed of. However,
there shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall
stand closed.
