       When the matter came up for hearing on 27.01.2012, there
was no representation on behalf of the appellant and therefore, it

was directed to be listed to today under the caption for dismissal.

Even today, when the matter is called, none appeared for the
appellant nor is there any representation made on her behalf.

         Hence, both the C.M.A. and A.S. are dismissed for non-
prosecution. No costs.
