3. This intra court appeal is filed against the common order

dated 05.01.2024 passed in W.P.No.243 of 2024 which was

dismissed along with W.P.No.221 of 2024 and other connected

matters.

4. The validity of the common order dated 05.01.2024

passed in W.P.No.221 of 2024 has already been upheld by a

Division Bench of this Court by judgment dated 29.11.2024

passed in W.A.No.1342 of 2024.

5. For the reasons assigned by a Division Bench of this

Court in the judgment dated 29.11.2024 passed in W.A.No.1342

of 2024, this Writ Appeal is also dismissed. No order as to costs.

Interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall also

stand closed.
