COMMON JUDGMENT:

It is represented that the matter has been referred to the

Lok Adalat and after due deliberations, the Lok Adalat passed

an award on 14.12.2024 as per the terms agreed upon by the

parties. The original award dated 14.12.2024 is filed before this

Court and the same is taken on record.

2. Accordingly, this appeal and cross objection are disposed

of in terms of the award dated 14.12.2024 by the Lok Adalat.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand

closed.
