Sri A.V. A. Siva Kartikeya, learned counsel for the appellant, filed a

letter dated 08.01.2025 seeking permission of this Court to

withdraw the appeal.

2. In view of the aforesaid letter, this appeal is listed under

the caption "for withdrawal".

3. Permission as sought for is accorded.

4. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with

the liberty to file afresh if cause of action/grievance subsists. No

costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall

stand closed.
