CRIMINAL PETITION No.5034 OF 2022
O R D E R:
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused
No.1 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in
C.C.No.2608 of 2021 on the file of the learned VI Additional
Metropolitan Magistrate-cum-JFCM Special (Mobile)-VI Additional
Junior Civil Judge, Cyberabad, at L.B.Nagar (for short, "the trial
Court").
2. Heard Ms.Ratnamala, learned counsel representing
Mr.P.Vamsheedhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and
Mr.E.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for
respondent No.1-State.
3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, by filing the copy of
e-Courts proceedings, submits that C.C.No.2608 of 2021 ended
up in compromise before the trial Court vide judgment dated
28.09.2024 and no further orders are required in this Criminal
Petition. Therefore, he seeks to dismiss this Criminal Petition as
infructuous.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner concedes to the said
request.
5. Recording the submissions of both the learned counsel and
upon taking the copy of e-Courts proceedings onto the file, this
Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
