                Income Tax Tribunal Appeal No.302 of 2008

JUDGMENT:

(per the Hon'ble Sri Justice P. Sam Koshy)

Heard Ms. Vaishnai A.T.S.S.P., learned counsel, appearing on

behalf of Mr. S. Ravi, learned Senior Counsel for the appellant, and

Ms. Bokaro Sapna Reddy, learned Junior Standing Counsel for Income

Tax appearing on behalf of the respondent.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant has filed a memo

dated 12.02.2025 stating that the cause in the instant appeal does not

survive and that they do not want to pursue the appeal any further; and

therefore prayed that the appeal may be dismissed as infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the

appellant, the instant appeal stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand

closed.
