ORDER:

This appeal is filed by the appellant-defendant aggrieved by the judgment

and decree dated 27.12.2001 passed in O.S. No.925 of 1992 by the II-Senior

Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

2. On 03.02.2025, when there was no representation by the learned

counsel for the appellant as well as learned counsel for the respondent, the

matter was directed to be posted to today under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Even today also there is no representation by the learned counsel for the

appellant as well as learned counsel for the respondent, though the matter is

posted for dismissal.

3. Considering that the appeal is pertaining to the year 2002 and no

interest is evinced by the appellants for prosecuting the matter, the appeal is

dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
