JUDGMENT (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Sujoy Paul):

Sri S. Sriram, learned Senior Counsel represents

Sri Rusheek Reddy K.V., learned counsel for the appellant; Sri D.

Srinivas Prasad, learned counsel for respondent No.1; Sri Abdul

Quddus Mohd., learned counsel for respondent No.2; Sri M.

Mehboob Ali, learned Standing Counsel for All India Council of

Technical Education (AICTE)-respondent No.3 and Ms. Sujatha

Kurapati, learned Government Pleader for Higher Education-

respondent No.4.

2. With the consent, finally heard.

3. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the

parties reached to a consensus. It is agreed that the operative

reason for passing the impugned order dated 28.01.2025 in

W.P.No.32773 of 2024 by learned Single Judge is the

welfare/fate of the 1800 students studying in the institution. It

is agreed that this Writ Appeal may be disposed of by making it

clear that the edit option and e-mail can be used by the writ

petitioner for limited purpose namely, the edit option for grant of

approval and renewal of affiliation and use of Email ID for the

purpose of communication between the AICTE and the

institution. It is further agreed that no finding or observation given

by the learned Single Judge on merits shall bind the parties in their

other litigations going on in other fora.

4. In view of consensus arrived at, this Writ Appeal is

disposed of. Parties shall act in accordance with their stand taken

hereinabove. Needless to emphasize that these issues of edit option

and use of Email ID for limited purpose shall be confined to the

academic year 2025-26. It is made clear that this Court has not

expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. No costs.

Interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall also

stand closed.
