O R D E R:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-
"...to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent to run the convictions passed in CC No.360/2015 dated 19.07.2016 passed by the Hon'ble VII Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad and the Judgment passed by the Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate of First Class Spl. Mobile Court-cum-XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar in C.C.No.89/2015 dated 14.07.2016 and the Judgment passed by the Hon'ble X Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Secunderabad passed in 813/2012 dated 09.08.2016 and the Judgment passed by the Hon'ble Metropolitan Session Judge at Hyderabad vide Crl.A.Nos.920/15, 921/15, 922/15, 924/15, 925/15, 926/15, 927/15, 39/16, 40/16, 41/16, 42/16, 43/16, 44/16, 45/16, 46/16, 47/16 and 48/16 dated 16.02.2016 should run concurrently and to pass..."
2. Heard Mr. Praveen Kumar Challa, learned counsel for the petitioner
and Mr. R.Laxmikanth Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for
Home appearing for respondent.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in this
Writ petition does not survive for adjudication and seeks to dismiss this
Writ Petition as infructuous.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader takes no objection to the
same.
5. Recording the submissions of both the learned counsel, this Writ
Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
