          CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.610 of 2016

JUDGMENT:

Learned counsel for appellant brings on record, the letter

dated 07.01.2025, addressed to the Registrar (Judicial), High

Court for the State of Telangana, at Hyderabad, seeking

permission of the Court for withdrawal of the Civil Miscellaneous

Appeal, as the main suit itself was dismissed on 11.09.2024.

2. Permission is accorded.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand

closed.
