CRIMINAL PETITION No.9985 OF 2023
O R D E R:
This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the
proceedings against petitioner/accused in C.C.No.492 of 2018 on
the file of the learned VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan
Magistrate, at Hyderabad.
2. Heard Mr.Sharad Sanghi, learned counsel for the petitioner
and Mr.E.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing
for respondent No.1-State.
3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, by filing the copy of e-
Courts proceedings submits that C.C.No.492 of 2018 ended up in
acquittal vide judgment dated 20.02.2024 on the file of the
learned VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, at
Hyderabad and hence, no further orders are required in this
Criminal Petition. Therefore, he seeks to dismiss this Criminal
Petition as infructuous.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner concedes to the said
request.
5. Recording the submissions of both the learned counsel and
taking the copy of the e-Courts proceedings onto the file, this
Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
