JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed by the United India Insurance

Company Limited against the order dated 14.08.2013

passed by the Motor Vehicles Accidents Claims Tribunal -

cum-XX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court,

Secunderabad in O.P.No. 11 of 2009.

2. The matter was referred to the Lok-Adalat, and an

Award dated 08.03.2025 has been passed in the Lok

Adalat.

3. In that view of the matter, this appeal is disposed of

in terms of the Award dated 08.03.2025. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall

stand closed.
