JUDGMENT:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful and

deliberate disobediences of the order dated 05.12.2023

passed in W.P.No.47616 of 2018.

2. Learned counsel for respondents placed on record the

office order dated 01.04.2025 issued by GM (Personnel) EE,

CSR & RC (FAC).

3. In view of the office order dated 01.04.2025, no further

orders are required to be passed. Accordingly, the Contempt

Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand

closed.
