ORDER:

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that

the relief sought for in this writ petition is squarely covered by order

dated 28.02.2023 passed in W.P. No.5626 of 2023 by this Court, and

that the appeal filed against the E.P. No.32 of 2017 in O.P. No.48 of

2015 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge at Wanaparthy, in LAAS

No.632 of 2017 was dismissed on 30.07.2024 and that the order and

decree passed in O.P. No.48 of 2015 dated 28.04.2017, has become

final.

2. In view of the same, the issue involved in this writ petition is

squarely covered by order dated 28.02.2023 passed in W.P. No.5626

of 2023 by this Court, and the same is also not disputed by the

learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation and the learned

Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is also allowed directing the

respondents No.1 to 5 to deposit the entire decretal amount covered

by the judgment and decree in O.P. No.48 of 2015 dated 28.04.2017,

into the credit of E.P. No.32 of 2017, on the file of the Senior Civil

Judge at Wanaparthy, within a period of three months from the date

of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. It is made clear that any negligence on the part of the

respondents in complying with this order, within the time stipulated

by this Court, will be viewed seriously and in such an event,

the respondents would be liable to pay costs. There shall be no order

as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending,

shall stand closed.
