                   APPEAL SUIT.No.419 of 2024

JUDGMENT:

Learned counsel for the appellant reported that the

matter has been referred to the Lok Adalat, constituted by the

High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad, for

settlement. After due deliberations, the Lok Adalat passed an

award on 08.03.2025 as per the terms agreed upon by the

parties. The original award dated 08.03.2025 is filed before this

Court and the same is taken on record.

2. Accordingly, this appeal is disposed of in terms of the

award dated 08.03.2025 by the Lok Adalat.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand

closed.
