              CRIMINAL PETITION No.12687 OF 2024
JUDGMENT:

1. This Criminal Petition is filed to quash proceedings against the

petitioners in FIR in Crime No.151 of 2024 on the file of

P.S.Komaravelli, Siddipet District.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that charge sheet

has already been filed in this case, before the trial Court.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners,

this Criminal Petition is disposed off granting liberty to the petitioners, to

challenge the charge sheet.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand

dismissed.
