COMMON ORDER (ORAL):
Mr. Kirthi Teja Kondaveeti, learned counsel for the
petitioners, and learned Government Pleader for Assignment,
submitted that the issue involved in these writ petitions is squarely
covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P. No.3929 of 2020
dated 09.02.2023, as such, these writ petitions may be disposed of
in terms thereof.
In view of the above, recording the aforesaid submissions of
the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government
Pleader for Assignment, following the judgment in W.P. No.3929
of 2020 dated 09.02.2023, in terms thereof, these writ petitions are
allowed directing the respondents to consider application of the
petitioner/s for regularisation of the subject plot/s by extending the
same benefit given to the applicants in Endorsement dated
17.03.2007 vide Application No.G/455/256/2005 (C.C.
No.G1/8920/76), Endorsement dated 17.03.2007 vide Application
No.G/455/256/2005 (C.C. No.G1/8920/76) and Endorsement dated
23.07.2007 vide Application No.G/455/618/05 (C.C.
No.G1/8920/76) without taking objection of registration of
agreement of sale of vendor of the petitioner/s. This exercise shall
be completed within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of
receipt of a copy of this order. A photostat copy of the order in
W.P. No.3929 of 2020 dated 09.02.2023 shall form part of the
record and a copy of the same shall be annexed to this order.
No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any,
pending in these writ petitions stand closed.
