                  Contempt Case No.2286 of 2016

ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt

of Courts Act to punish the respondents for non-implementation of the

interim order granted by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.46490 of 2015, in

W.P.No.36144 of 2015, dated 05.11.2015.

2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the

respondents submits that during the pendency of this Contempt Case,

the petitioner himself sought for withdrawal of the main Writ Petition

i.e., W.P.No.36144 of 2015 and the same was dismissed as withdrawn

on 03.07.2018 and also placed a copy of the said judgment on record.

3. In view of the dismissal of the main Writ Petition, no

further adjudication is required.

4. Accordingly, Contempt Case is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
