                    SECOND APPEAL No.755 of 2009

JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed by the appellants against the judgment dated

19.01.2009 passed in A.S. No.133 of 2003 by the learned I-Additional

Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad, reversing the judgment and

decree dated 22.07.2003 passed in O.S. No.498 of 1999 by the learned XI

Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 29.08.2023, there

was no representation by the learned counsel for the appellants. Hence, the

matter was directed to be posted to 12.09.2023. Even today also, there is

no representation by the learned counsel for the appellants, though the

matter is posted for dismissal.

3. Sri Mehboob Ali, learned counsel representing the learned

counsel for respondents, is present.

4. Hence, the second appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
