THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE E. V. VENUGOPAL
CRIMINAL PETITION No.9646 OF 2015
O R D E R:
The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the
criminal proceedings in C.C.No.263 of 2015 on the file of the
learned Judicial First Class Magistrate against the petitioner
Nos.1 to 3 herein and pass such other order or orders.
2. Heard Mr. Raghu Ram, learned counsel representing
Mr. M. Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and
Mr. Vizarath Ali, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing
for respondent State.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners appearing on-line would
submit that the cause in the Criminal Petition does not survive as
the C.C.No.263 of 2015 has been disposed of vide judgment
dated 25.09.2023 after due contest by the Court of the learned
Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First
Class, Medak and hence, no further orders are required in this
Criminal Petition. Therefore, seeks to dismiss the Criminal
Petition as infructuous.
4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor by furnishing a copy of
e-courts proceedings would submit that the subject matter of the
Criminal Petition has been disposed of vide judgment dated
25.09.2023 in C.C.No.263 of 2015 and therefore, seeks to
dismiss the Criminal Petition.
5. Recording the submissions made by both the learned
counsel and taking the e-courts proceedings onto the file, the
Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
