FAMILY COURT APPEAL No.173 of 2019

JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice K. Lakshman)

Smt K. Sri Devi, learned counsel for the appellant

filed a letter dated 03-11-2023 before the Registrar

(Judicial) seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the

present Family Court Appeal.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this Family Court Appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. As a

sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the

Family Court Appeal shall stand closed.
