COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
Learned counsel for the appellants is fair enough in
stating before this Court that the present writ appeals
deserve to be dismissed in the light of the judgment
delivered in the case of Maimuna Begum v. State of
Telangana1.
In the light of the aforesaid, the present writ appeals
stand dismissed.
The miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall
stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
