ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
The petitioners before this Court, aged about 70 years,
have filed this writ petition being aggrieved by the seniority list
prepared by the respondents in the cadre of Deputy Executive
Engineer.
Large number of writ petitions were preferred before this
Court and a Division Bench of this Court has allowed all those
writ petitions. The issue involved in the present writ petition
stands concluded on account of the common judgment dated
22.11.2019 delivered by the Division Bench in W.P.No.37131 of
2018 & batch.
In the light of the aforesaid, the present writ petition also
stands allowed and the judgment dated 22.11.2019 delivered by
the Division Bench in W.P.No.37131 of 2018 & batch shall be
applicable mutatis mutandis in the present also.
Let a copy of the judgment dated 22.11.2019 delivered by
the Division Bench in W.P.No.37131 of 2018 & batch be kept on
record in the present case.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand
closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
