COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)

          Learned counsel for the parties have informed this Court

that the issue involved in the present cases stands concluded

on account of the judgment delivered by a Division Bench of the

unified High Court for the States of Telangana and Andhra

Pradesh in the case of Government of Andhra Pradesh vs.

L. Samba Siva Rao1.

          In the light of the aforesaid, the present writ appeals also

stand       allowed.        The    judgment         delivered       in       the   case   of

Government of Andhra Pradesh (supra) shall be applicable

mutatis mutandis in the present cases also.

          Let a copy of the judgment delivered in the case of

Government of Andhra Pradesh (supra) be kept on record in

the present cases.

          Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
