WRIT APPEAL No.1864 of 2017
JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
The present writ appeal is arising out of an order
dated 14.11.2017 passed by the learned Single Judge in
W.P.No.37279 of 2017.
The facts of the case reveal that the appellants/writ
petitioners came up before this Court being aggrieved by
the auction notice dated 26.10.2017 issued by the
Chairman, Agricultural Market Committee, Siddipet. The
facts further reveal that earlier also some auction took
place in the matter and the appellants/writ petitioners
have offered Rs.2,500/- per month for each shop and in
the subsequent auction, the amount offered for shop No.9
was Rs.21,700/- per month and for shop No.11, the
amount was Rs.19,700/- per month. The learned Single
Judge has dismissed the writ petition, against which the
appellants/writ petitioners have filed the present writ
appeal.

Learned counsel appearing for the Agriculture Market
Committee, Siddipet, has informed this Court that after
conducting subsequent auction, shops have been allotted
to the highest bidders.
In the light of the aforesaid and as the shops have
already been allotted by way of transparent process of
auction, no case for interference is made out in the matter.
The writ appeal is accordingly dismissed.
The miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall
stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
