             WRIT APPEAL No.1111 of 2018

JUDGMENT:   (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)


     The present writ appeal is arising out of an

interim order dated 27.04.2018 passed by the learned

Single Judge in I.A.No.1 of 2017 (W.P.M.P.No.53671 of

2017) in W.P.No.43287 of 2017.

     The writ appeal is only against the interim order

by which the Singareni Collieries Limited has been

directed to engage the members of the respondent

No.1/writ petitioner No.1 association also for loading

and unloading of vehicles pending finalisation of the

writ petition.

The writ petition is still pending and therefore,

with the consent of the parties, the present writ appeal

stands disposed of with a request to the learned Single

Judge to decide the writ petition itself at an early date.

Office is directed to list W.P.No.43287 of 2017

before the learned Single Judge having roster on

28.03.2022 on which date the parties shall appear

before the learned Single Judge.

The miscellaneous applications pending in this

appeal, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no

order as to costs.
