JUDGMENT:

Heard learned counsel for the appellants. Perused the

award dated 11.12.2021 passed by the Lok Adalat.

2. This matter is settled before the Lok Adalat convened by

the High Court Legal Services Committee.

3. Therefore, in terms of the award, dated 11.12.2021,

passed by the Lok Adalat, this appeal is disposed of. There

shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any,

pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
