     Learned      counsel         for     the      appellant/Singareni

Collieries Company Limited, at the outset, has stated that

he has received instructions in the matter from the

Organisation to inform this Court that the matter has been

settled amicably between the parties.

     In the light of the aforesaid, the writ appeal stands

disposed of accordingly.

     The miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall

stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
