CIVIL REVISION PETITION Nos.3229 & 3234 OF 2016

COMMON ORDER:

These civil revision petitions are filed assailing the orders

in E.A.Nos.179 and 180 of 2016 in E.P.No.423 of 2015 in

O.S.No.573 of 2006 on the file of II Additional District Judge,

Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar.

2. Admittedly, against the judgment and decree in

O.S.No.573 of 2006, the 2nd defendant has preferred A.S.No.816

of 2015 which is also tagged to these civil revision petitions. As

per the case status information, E.P.No.423 of 2015 itself was

closed on 21.02.2017.

3. Since the parties are agitating their rights in A.S.No.816 of

2015, both these civil revision petitions are dismissed as

infructuous, with liberty to raise all the issues even relating to

the orders passed in E.A.Nos.179 of 2016 and 180 of 2016 in

E.P.No.423 of 2013. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in these Civil Revision

Petitions shall stand closed.
