ORDER:

Challenge in this Appeal is the judgment and decree

of the Court of VIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga

Reddy District at L.B.Nagar in O.S.No.1051 of 2012 dated

13.11.2014.

No representation on appellant's side on call. On

25.3.2022 the learned counsel for the appellant sought

time. Time was granted and the matter stood listed to

12.4.2022. On 12.4.2022 there was no representation on

appellant's side. Thus, the matter stood listed to 29.4.2022

under the caption "for dismissal". On the said day, again

the learned counsel for the appellant sought time. Though

the matter was listed under the caption "for dismissal", yet

to accommodate time was granted. Again on 09.6.2022, the

learned counsel for the appellant sought time. Though

there were no grounds to grant further more time, yet to

accommodate, time was granted. However, even on this

day, there is no representation on appellant's side.
