JUDGMENT :

1. Heard.

2. Perused the record including the award dated 11-12-2021

passed by the Lok Adalat convened by the High Court Legal

Services Committee, in terms of the compromise award was

passed by the Lok Adalat on 11-12-2021. Accordingly, as per

the terms of compromise in the Lok Adalat award, this matter

is disposed of. No order as to the cost.

3. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, in this

motor accident civil miscellaneous appeal, shall stand closed.
