                     APPEAL SUIT No.383 of 2015

ORDER:

Challenge in this Appeal is the judgment and decree of the Court

of I Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar in

OS.No.1186 of 2012, dated 30.12.2014.

No representation on appellant's side on call. There was no

representation even on 30.3.2022 and 22.4.2022. Though the matter

is listed on this day under the caption "for dismissal", yet there is no

representation on appellant's side. Hence, the Appeal is dismissed for

non-prosecution. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall

stand closed.
