JUDGMENT:

Heard both sides.

2. Perused the record.

3. As per record, this matter was referred to Lok Adalath,

organized by High Court Legal Services Committee and that in

terms of award passed by Lok Adalath dated 12.03.2022 this

appeal is disposed of.

4. However, in the facts of the case, there shall be no order as

to the costs. In sequel to it, miscellaneous petitions if any,

pending in this appeal, shall stand closed.
