JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
The present writ appeal is arising out of an order dated
21.08.2019
passed in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in W.P.No.18059 of
2019.
In the writ appeal, no interim order was passed and the
fact remains that the writ petition is still pending.
Resultantly, without averting to the merits of the case, the
writ appeal is disposed of with a request to the learned Single
Judge to decide the writ petition on merits at an early date.
Office is directed to list W.P.No.18059 of 2019 before the
learned Single Judge having roster on 05.07.2022.
The miscellaneous applications pending in this appeal, if
any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
