I.A.NO.1 OF 2022 IN/AND CITY CIVIL COURT APPEAL No.13 OF 2021

COMMON JUDGMENT : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sambasivarao Naidu)

This appeal is filed aggrieved by the judgment and Decree dated

06.03.2020 passed in O.S.No.390 of 2007 on the file of X-Additional Chief

Judge, City Civil Courts at Hyderabad.

2. During pendency of the appeal, the parties have entered into

compromise. The appellant and respondents are present. They are

identified by their counsel.

3. The parties have filed a Joint Memorandum of Compromise along with

I.A.No.1 of 2022. As per the terms of compromise the appellants in

CCCA.No.16 of 2021 agreed to withdraw the appeal unconditionally by

accepting the family settlement dated 16.06.2003 which is marked as

Ex.B.67 which came into effect on 01.01.2003.

4. The parties admitted the terms of compromise. The appellants in

CCCA.No.16 of 2021 have agreed to withdraw the said appeal by not

pressing it. As per the terms of compromise, the Judgment and Decree dated

06.03.2020 is binding on the parties. Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2022 is

ordered. Consequently, the City Civil Court Appeal is disposed of, in terms

of compromise. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
