THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SATISH CHANDRA SHARMA
AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.A.No. 1224 of 2018 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
The present writ appeal is arising out of order
dated 21.09.2017, passed by the learned Single Judge, in
W.P.No.33196 of 2017.
The facts of the case reveal that a writ petition was preferred
by the present appellant in the year 2017 challenging the
termination order dated 15.12.2006, which was passed in respect of
his father. This Court has dismissed the writ petition on the
ground of delay and laches.
In the considered opinion of this Court, even though the
petitioner, as stated in the writ appeal, has preferred an application
for grant of compassionate appointment i.e., O.A.No.7164 of 2009,
the fact remains that the termination order of 2006 was challenged
in the year 2017 and we are in the year 2022.
This Court does not find any reason to interfere with the
order passed by the learned Single Judge.
The writ appeal is, accordingly, dismissed. No costs.
::2::
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand
dismissed.
