JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Justice G. Sridevi)

        This appeal is filed under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition

Act, 1894 (for short "the Act") by the Land Acquisition Officer in

O.P.No.63 of 2012 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge at

Mancherial, aggrieved by the order and decree dated 24.11.2015.

During the pendency of the appeal, some of the claimants were died

and their legal representatives were brought on record.


        At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned

Government Pleader for Appeals submitted that the issue involved in

this appeal is squarely covered by the judgment, dated 13.04.2022 in

L.A.A.S.No.129 of 2016 and batch. Learned Counsel for the claimants

has fairly conceded to the said fact.


        L.A.A.S.No.129 of 2016 and batch were preferred by the Land

Acquisition Officer against the orders of the reference Court dated

24.11.2015

in O.P.Nos.64 and 2012 and batch, wherein the reference

Court enhanced the compensation twice the amount awarded by the

Land Acquisition Officer on the structures/residential houses. In this

case also the reference Court enhanced the compensation twice the

amount awarded by the Land Acquisition Officer on the

structures/residential houses of the claimants.

Therefore, in the light of the judgment of this Court in

L.A.A.S.No.129 of 2016 and batch and for the reasons stated therein,

the present appeal stands dismissed, confirming the order and decree

dated 24.11.2015 passed in O.P.No.63 of 2012 on the file of the

Principal Senior Civil Judge, Mancherial. There shall be no order as

to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
