            THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. LAXMAN

                SECOND APPEAL No. 142 OF 2019

JUDGMENT:

1. This Second Appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated

08.08.2018 passed in A.S. No.7 of 2018 by the IX Additional District

Judge at Wanaparthy, partially allowing the appeal against the common

judgment and decree in O.S. No.147 of 2014 dt. 23.10.2017 on the file of

Senior Civil Judge, Wanaparthy.

2. The present appeal is at the instance of the plaintiff. Learned

Counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the

present Second Appeal.

3. Permission is accorded. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is

dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

4. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand

closed.
