JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan)
Heard Mr. K.Anantha Rao, learned counsel for the appellant,
and Ms. G.Jyothi Kiran, learned Government Pleader for
Panchayat Raj.
2. Grievance of the appellant is that she was not made a party
to the related writ petition being W.P.No.16706 of 2022, which was
allowed vide order dated 04.04.2022 by setting aside order
dated 16.03.2022 passed by respondent No.2, whereby the writ
petitioner (respondent No.5 herein) was suspended from the post
of Sarpanch, Oddepalli Gram Panchayat.
3. We feel that if the appellant has any grievance, it would be
appropriate if she files a review petition before the learned Single
Judge.
4. With the liberty as above, Writ Appeal is disposed of. No
costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand
closed.
