Heard Sri V.V.N.K. Sarath Saran, learned counsel for

appellant, learned counsel Sri Kowturu Pawan Kumar,

appearing for respondent Nos. 2 & 3, and learned counsel

Sri Angadi Manoj, appearing for respondent Nos. 4, 5 & 6.

2. This appeal is preferred aggrieved by the judgment and

decree dated 08.11.2021 passed in O.S.No.188 of 2013 in the

Court of the Special Sessions Judge for fast tracking the cases

relating to atrocities against Women-cum-VIII Additional District

and Sessions Judge, at Khammam.

3. During the pendency of appeal, the parties agreed to

resolve the inter-se dispute in terms of the memorandum of

compromise.

4. A Memorandum of Compromise is filed vide I.A.No.2 of

2022 incorporating the terms and conditions of compromise.
