ORDER:

This writ petition has been filed to issue any appropriate writ,

order or direction more particularly in the nature of mandamus

declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 4 in not considering the

case of the Petitioner for re-instatement as Anganwadi Teacher

(worker) based on the Judgment passed by the Judicial First Class

Magistrate, Jagityal, dated 23-02-2017 and not considering petitioner's

representations, as illegal , arbitrary, contrary to law and violation of

principles of natural justice and consequently to direct the respondents

1 to 4 to appoint (re-instate) the petitioner as Anganwadi Teacher

(worker).

2. Learned Government Pleader for Services-II has produced

copy of the proceedings of the second respondent dated 20.06.2022 for

perusal of this court. As per the proceedings dated 20.06.2022, the

claim of the petitioner has been rejected.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this

court to file a fresh writ petition challenging the proceedings dated

20-06-2022. Meanwhile, the present writ petition dose not survive.

4. Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Miscellaneous

applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
