               SECOND APPEAL No.211 of 2002

JUDGMENT:-

1.

The present second appeal is filed against the judgment

and decree dated 07.09.2001 in A.S.No.352 of 1997, on the file

of the Court of XIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court,

Hyderabad (Fast Track Court).

2. There is no representation from the counsel for appellants

inspite of the matter being listed under the caption "For

Dismissal". In the said circumstances, this Court feels that the

appellants are not willing to prosecute the case.

3. In the result, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non-

prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this appeal,

shall stand closed.
