               APPEAL SUIT No.216 of 2016

ORDER:

Challenge in this Appeal is the judgment and decree

of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy

District at L.B.Nagar in O.S.No.1756 of 2010 dated

27.10.2015.

No representation on appellants' side on call. There

was no representation on appellants' side even on

13.4.2022 and 15.6.2022. On 15.6.2022, the learned

counsel for the respondent submitted that the matter was

settled between the parties and therefore, the appeal has

become infructuous. However, to hear the learned counsel

for the appellants, the matter is posted to this day. Though

the matter is listed on this day under the caption "for

dismissal", yet there is no representation on the appellants'

side. Thus, considering the fact that the appellants are not

evincing any interest in the matter and further, basing on

the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent,

the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution without costs.
