CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.4637 of 2013
ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is arising out of the judgment
dated.20.09.2013 passed in R.A.No.242 of 2010 on the file of Chief
Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad, wheredunder the appeal
was dismissed confirming the order datd.30.06.2010 passed in
R.C.No.107 of 2006 on the file of II Additional Rent Controller, City
Small Causes Court, Hyderabad. Aggrieved by the same, the
petitioner preferred the revision.
2. The docket order reveals that on 21.03.2014 it was reported to
this Court that the sole petitioner itself died and since the cause
survives, it is necessary to bring the legal representatives on record,
but till today no steps have been taken by the Counsel for the revision
petitioner to bring the Legal Representatives of the petitioner.
3. On the other hand the learned Counsel for the respondent
reported that the premises was handed over to the landlord and
nothing survives in this revision for adjudication.
4. Accordingly, recording the aforesaid submission, the Civil
Revision Petition is dismissed as infrcutuous. No costs.
